Ways of Sharing: The cultural impact of online platforms and their design

I am an interdisciplinary researcher specializing in the intersection of digital product strategy and visual ethnography. Merging a background in Computer Science with Aesthetics and Art Theory, my research and art practice investigate the social, cultural, and political impacts of technology. As a documentary photographer and user experience researcher (currently at YouTube), I focus on how digital platforms facilitate creativity, community building, and collective experiences. My most recent work explores the implications of how Generative AI enables new types of storytelling and creative expression within the digital sphere.
